All bidders must register day of auction onsite. No tax will be charged on any purchase. All sucessful bidders must pay bills in full immediately after the auction. Pick up is by 5pm day of auction for all purchaes. City of Norfolk residents are required to register all bikes purchased that will remain in the city(currently no additional fee). |
