SALE END DATE EXTENDED: September 16, 2024. Items will be removed, as they are sold. All purchases are on a first come, first buy basis. No item will be held for more than 24 hours without payment, in full. Items must be picked up within 24 hours (or 1 business day) of purchase. All pickups must be BY APPOINTMENT, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM.

INSPECTION: By appointment, only. If you have any questions pertaining to a specific item, please call 757-512-8833 and set an appointment to inspect the item, prior to purchasing it. All sales will be final, upon removal from building. No returns will be accepted.

PURCHASE PICKUP TIME: By appointment ONLY, within 24 hours of purchase.

PAYMENT: Your total invoice must be paid, in full, the day of your purchase. There will be an administrative fee of 4% added to your post-tax total, if you are paying by credit card or business check. If you wish to pay by credit card, we will charge the credit card, saved in your bidder profile, as all credit card payments are processed online only. No charge backs or refunds will be allowed.

SALES TAX: Virginia sales tax of 6% will be charged on all items we sell, unless the appropriate tax exemption form is on file, prior to your purchase.
