We will be auctioning ONLINE (wall to wall), a former IHOP Restaurant @ 4452 Virginia Beach Blvd., Virginia Beach, VA 23462. The building will be torn down & everything must go.
This auction will include all restaurant equipment, 4 walk-ins, reach-ins, griddles, fryers, booths & tables, warming cabinet, S/S 3 compartment sink, 4 walk-in boxes, fryers, counter-top warmers, lots of dishes, glasses, S/S inserts/pans, chafers, ramakins, special occasion platters, rolling dessert cart, booths, dining tables with chairs, S/S tables, HVAC system, lighting(inside & outside), retro design parking lot lights, signage & much more.
• Preview 9am – 3pm on Tuesday, May 12th 2015.
• You are solely responsible for pickup and removal of any items purchased. Due to insurance regulations, the auction company cannot pickup/remove items on your behalf.
