Buy Now! True Coolers/Freezers liquidation has 1, 2 & 3 door coolers & freezers. This is a liquidation sale, NOT an auction.

ITEMS LOCATION: Auction757.com warehouse 1140 Wilson Rd., Norfolk, VA

SALE END DATE: December 30, 2024. Items will be removed from the listing, as they are sold. All purchases are on a first come, first buy basis. No item will be held for more than 48 hours without payment, in full. Items must be picked up within 72 hours (or 3 business day) of purchase. All pickups must be BY APPOINTMENT, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM.

INSPECTION: By appointment, only. All due diligence belongs to the buyer. If you have any questions pertaining to a specific item, please call 757-512-8833 and set an appointment to inspect the item, prior to purchasing it. None of the printers have been tested, but will be tested, before being allowed to leave the building. All sales will be final, upon removal from building. No returns will be accepted.

PURCHASE PICKUP TIME: By appointment ONLY, within 72 hours of purchase.

PAYMENT: Your total invoice must be paid, in full, upon pick up. There will be an administrative fee of 4% added to your post-tax total, if you are paying by credit card or business check. If you wish to pay by credit card, we will charge the credit card, saved in your bidder profile, as all credit card payments are processed online only. No charge backs or refunds will be allowed.

SALES TAX: Virginia sales tax of 6% will be charged on all items we sell, unless the appropriate tax exemption form is on file, prior to your purchase.

WARRANTY, CONDITIONS & DESCRIPTIONS: All items are sold in working order as-is, where-is, with NO warranties expressed or implied, and there are NO refunds given, for any reason. Please read the description & examine the photos. Most importantly, we require you to test the item, in person, prior to purchasing and removing it from our warehouse.
